What you'll do
- Involved in the preparation of Information Memorandum, Financial Model, Term Sheet, Teaser, Pitch-books, Presentations, etc. for placement of deal
- Actively facilitate the lender/investor’s approval process through head of terms, in-principle-to-final sanctions, negotiation of documentation, etc
- Relationship management with existing lenders / investors
- Scoping market for origination of deals, including cold-calling etc
- Tracking business news / industry journals / rating releases / Bloomberg / MCA etc. for sighting potential origination opportunities
