About the role
'Emerging Assets Financing sits within the Wholesale Banking division and is a newly established team focused on supporting the structured and tailored financing requirements of Corporate Banking clients. The team specializes in designing innovative lending solutions and creating bespoke structures to meet complex client needs.
What you'll do
- 'The role involves managing the entire lifecycle of an exposure, from initial structuring and deal negotiation to obtaining credit approvals, executing transactions
- Work with Product Lead and Coverage RMs to pitch for bespoke lending solutions to corporate clients seeking such solutions
- Prepare client presentations and pitch materials for structured finance solutions
- Assist in analyzing client requirements to support development of tailored financing structures
- Preparation of credit appraisal memos / models / term sheets etc and negotiation of transaction-related documentation etc
