About the role
The Relationship Manager – Business Banking is responsible for delivering tailored financial solutions to meet the working capital and banking needs of business banking clients. This role focuses on acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) asset clients while deepening relationships across liabilities and foreign exchange (FX) products.
What you'll do
- Manage client relationships across liabilities, Forex, trade finance, and asset products
- Monitor and maintain portfolio hygiene through timely renewals, enhancements, and retention strategies
- Minimize open deferrals and covenant breaches to ensure portfolio quality
- Collaborate with branch banking teams to leverage synergies and optimize cross-functional opportunities
- Conduct competitor analysis and gather feedback from channels and customers to refine growth strategies
