The Relationship Manager –Farmer Finance is a specialized role within the Retail Liabilities function, focused on delivering tailored financial solutions to Agri customers. The role involves acquiring new customers, deepening existing relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The incumbent will work closely with product and operations teams to drive customer acquisition, servicing, and portfolio growth.
What you'll do
- Increase liabilities by growing balances in accounts of existing KCC customers and capturing a larger share of wallet
- Monitor account inflows and outflows to proactively identify business opportunities
- Maintain close contact with customers through mailers and calls, sharing insights on interest rates, exchange rates, and product offerings
- Generate new sales leads for KCC through referrals, brokers, and other sources
- Leverage expertise in liabilities, foreign exchange, trade finance, delinquency management, and relationship management to grow business volumes
