What you'll do
- Acquire Used tractor customers of tractor loans by conducting credit assessments and offering end-to-end financial solutions
- Maintain strong engagement with existing customers through regular communication, including updates on repayments and product offerings
- Empanel new dealers and channel partners in the market
- Generate new leads of new and used tractor business through dealer managements, referrals, promotional activities
- Conduct product training sessions for internal team members to ensure alignment with product guidelines
