We are seeking a Senior Analyst - Cost Management to join the Finance department at IDFC First Bank. What you'll do
- Review and manage monthly trending reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance for decision-making
- Identify, recommend, and implement cost optimization opportunities to enhance financial performance and efficiency
- Ensure accuracy, quality, tracking, and reporting of expense categories, maintaining financial compliance
- Collaborate with department heads to align cost optimization efforts with overall business objectives
- Engage with various departments to understand systems and processes, including site visits to assess ground-level operations
