What you'll do
- Be responsible for Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit, Statutory Audit, RBI, BORM for co-ordination & reporting activities etc. pertaining to Credit functions for Retail
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of audit findings and monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Track and monitor action plans against the observation and ensure timely closure of audit issues (on system) through regular follow-ups with stakeholders
- Share insights from audit observations to internal hindsighting team for enhancement checklist-based audits
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) for credit process re-engineering and to strengthen quality control checks through improved accuracy, consistency, and monitoring
