The Senior QA Engineer/QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications and platforms before they are released to end users. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand how the technology stack aligns with business outcomes, identifying process bottlenecks, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
