About the role
Based in Mumbai, this role plays a critical part in delivering financial insights, analytics, and decision support across the Banking verticals. The incumbent will partner closely with business leadership and senior stakeholders to drive financial performance, improve cost efficiency, and support strategic initiatives through robust financial reporting and analysis.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end business finance activities for Retail Banking Products
- Prepare and review monthly product-level financials, MIS reports, and management dashboards
- Perform detailed cost and variance analysis, highlighting deviations against budgets and forecasts
- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles, including submissions and revisions
- Track key business and financial drivers; analyze trends, risks, and opportunities, and present insights to senior management
