Own portfolio P&L and unit economics; drive lifecycle levers; design affluent collections with Risk; govern benefit costs and migrations; and deliver disciplined MIS, forecasting and reviews. What you'll do
- Build unit-level metrics and P&L with Finance
- Prepare monthly portfolio MIS (spends, activation, attrition)
- Ensure timely monthly budgeting and provisioning
- Track partner-led product costs and profitability (e.g., Maharaja Points)
- Rewards economics and breakage modelling with periodic ROI reviews and benefit rationalization cycles (quarterly/annual)
