Senior Product Manager-Credit Cards

About the role

The Senior Product Manager – Credit Cards is responsible for creating and owning new product propositions within the credit card segment. This role involves managing the product lifecycle from launch, acquisition, policy, analytics, to execution. The incumbent will focus on the millennial segment, ensuring seamless customer onboarding, lifecycle management, and profitability.

What you'll do

• Manage the sales funnel through interventions in credit policy, underwriting processes, and frictionless onboarding for the millennial segment
• Own product privileges, campaign metrics, and ensure smooth functioning of the customer lifecycle including customer service
• Plan and analyze product performance and manage P&L for the millennial segment
• Identify target segment needs and manage product offerings through competition benchmarking and customer value proposition enhancements
• Design go-to-market strategies and enable appropriate communication
