About the role
The role holder will be involved in day to day activities related to processing of Customer requests, reconciliations and particiapate in Branch Internal and statutory audit process.To sustain better client servicing by way of exhibiting overall trade and banking expertise to support trade products and General Banking Operations.
What you'll do
- Manage Branch operations productivity
- Customer Service activity for the branch customers
- Spearhead technological and digital upgradation in processes and systems in co-ordination with the technology team
- Improve and enhance operating systems and procedures on an ongoing basis to meet future business challenges
- Spearhead initiative to reduce operational costs
