What you'll do
- ROC Charge creation--Coordinate and follow up with client for pending documents, track ROC/CHG-1 status with Vendor, ensure completeness, and submit final set to CAD
- Security creation & perfection - Coordinate with other lenders to obtain pari-passu letters, track status across banks, validate details, and upload to system
- 'Resolve CAD and legal queries on the TSR and valuation documents with clients and other bank RMs- Coordinate with valuers/clients for corrected TSR
- '-Collect mortgage documents from other bankers or security trustees, Resolve CAD and legal queries - Coordinate collection of physical/scanned mortgage documents
- Coordinate on legal document execution and finalise mortgage/other security documents - Manage end-to-end execution logistics (printing, stamping, witnessing)
