About the role
Responsible for the development and maintenance of bank’s business continuity program During Crisis, coordinate, communicate, manage, and control activities associated with Crisis Management and the recovery of critical business functions
What you'll do
- Support the development and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs)
- Assist in conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments across departments
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure BCM policies and procedures are understood and implemented
- Help organize and execute BCM training and awareness programs for employees
- Participate in BCM testing and simulation exercises, document results and follow-up actions
