About the role
The Manager – ACE Wholesale Branch Operations will drive business transformation, process excellence, digitization, and strategic initiatives across Wholesale Banking Operations.
What you'll do
- Lead transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives across Wholesale Branch Operations
- Manage end-to-end delivery of operational, regulatory, business, and technology-driven projects
- Gather and document business requirements, process flows, impact assessments, and functional specifications
- Identify opportunities for process simplification, digitization, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency
- Drive initiatives across Client Onboarding, Account Opening & Maintenance, Customer Servicing, Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Letters of Credit (LCs)
