About the role
The State Head –Two-Wheeler Loan in the Sales function is responsible for scaling the lending business across the state by developing and executing strategies to expand product offerings, customer segments, and distribution channels. The role focuses on delivering banking solutions in a cost-efficient and technology-driven manner.
What you'll do
- Lead the Two-Wheeler Loan business across the state to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Guide the distribution of cross-sell products to achieve volume targets
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to enhance customer penetration through digital channels
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key dealers, OEMs, and channel/product partners to expand portfolio reach
- Monitor portfolio performance and quality and provide actionable insights to Product and Sales teams for course correction
