About the role
The State Head – BIL will be responsible for scaling the lending business across the state by developing and executing strategies to expand products, channels, customer segments, and the overall customer base. The role focuses on delivering banking solutions in a cost-efficient and technology-driven manner while building robust teams, systems, processes, and a culture that supports consistent and scalable delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead a team of Relationship Managers to drive assigned target(s)
- Maintain and empanel DSA’s / Channel(s) for business delivery
- Visit Channels / DSA’s along with team and drive performance
- Leverage the bank’s Digital leading capabilities and drive performances both for Channels as well as Relationship Manager
- Achieve and overachieve designated target(s) on a consistently monthly basis
