About the role
The State Head – Car Loans is responsible for leading and expanding the car loan business across the assigned state. This strategic role focuses on increasing revenue per customer, scaling product distribution, and enhancing portfolio quality. The role involves building strong partnerships with dealers, OEMs, and channel partners, while collaborating with internal teams such as Product, Sales, Digital Marketing, and Analytics to drive growth.
What you'll do
- Lead the car loan business across the state to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
- Guide the distribution of cross-sell products to meet volume and growth targets
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to increase customer penetration through digital channels
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key dealers, OEMs, and channel/product partners to expand portfolio reach
- Monitor portfolio performance and quality; provide recommendations for course correction to Product and Sales teams
