About the role
State Head – Personal Loan (Partner Business) is responsible for leading the personal loan business across the assigned state(s), with a focus on partner-driven channels. This role involves driving revenue growth, expanding cross-sell opportunities, and building strategic partnerships with dealers, OEMs, and other channel partners.
What you'll do
- Lead the personal loan business across the state, focusing on revenue expansion per existing customer
- Guide the distribution of cross-sell products to achieve volume targets
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to drive customer acquisition through digital channels
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key dealers, OEMs, and channel/product partners to increase portfolio penetration
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide actionable insights to the Product and Sales teams for course correction
