About the role
The Vigilance Associate will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's integrity and compliance by managing effective communication with law enforcement authorities and external legal counsels. This role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and supporting investigations related to fraud, misconduct, and other malpractices.
What you'll do
- Establish and maintain effective communication and liaison with law enforcement authorities and external legal counsels within defined turnaround times
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth information flow and resolution of issues
- Maintain, analyze, and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of files and complaint details through consistent follow-ups
- Manage workflow efficiently to meet or exceed turnaround time expectations
