What you'll do
- Support and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Perform payroll accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, analysis, and variance explanations
- Ensure accounting and reporting comply with company accounting policies, Accounting & Finance Manual, and SOX controls
- Conduct detailed financial reviews and analyses to ensure integrity, accuracy, and completeness of payroll-related financial data
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing documentation, explanations, and supporting schedules
