Trade Compliance Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and execute risk assessments. Design mitigation strategies and programs to address key risks
• Ensure compliance to all export/import regulatory requirement, identify gaps and work with the process and policy team to close them
• Keep the engagement level in the team high. Create an environment of learning and development within the team and provide growth opportunities to team members
• Provide periodic updates to Trade management on the team performance, align self and team's priorities to organization's objectives
• Oversee internal customs audits and conduct internal reviews of our trade practices, & procedures
