- Management of SDA helpdesk to resolve day to day shipment related queries via arranging necessary details
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Controls Monitoring, Legal, Internal Audit, Logistics, and Supply Chain, to ensure uninterrupted support
- Continuous focus on process improvements and attending to various customer requests in reference to compliance activities
