About the role
The Senior Business Intelligence and Analytics lead analyst leads the design, development, testing, and implementation of complex operational analytics and insight solutions. The role partners with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify ambiguous requirements, determine the appropriate analytical approach, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
What you'll do
- Lead medium to complex analytics initiatives from requirements definition through development, testing, implementation, and post-delivery review
- Independently interpret and refine ambiguous business requirements and recommend the most appropriate analytical approach
- Design sustainable solutions using multiple static and dynamic data sources while managing data-quality limitations and technical dependencies
- Translate complex analysis into actionable insights, recommendations, and clearly articulated business implications
- Partner directly with senior operational, clinical, payment integrity, performance-improvement, and technology stakeholders
