About the role
As the primary change partner for a dedicated business domain, you will work closely with leaders, HR, communications, agile coaches, and the Strategic Change Team to ensure that: Change initiatives are prepared, delivered, adopted, and sustained effectively Central change frameworks, methods, and cultural transformations are embedded locally
What you'll do
- Act as the primary change partner to senior leaders in the assigned business area, working in tandem with the dedicated agile coach
- Translate business strategy and priorities into targeted change interventions and adoption plans
- Align change activity to business outcomes, value realization, and operational impact
- Coach and support leaders to own and sponsor change effectively
