Program Management Analyst - Cigna Healthcare

About the role

Reporting to the International Health Delivery Services (IHDS) PMO Lead within the IHDS Strategic Change Function, the Intake Admin Analyst will be responsible for administrative tasks associated with the intake and portfolio processes.

What you'll do

• Supporting the Intake Analysts with all admin surrounding meetings – scheduling and checking attendees, capturing and circulating minutes, following up on actions
• Undertaking housekeeping activities for our Intake, T-shirt and Business Impact Assessment tools and Jira
• Housekeeping and follow-ups associated with our capacity allocation model
• Other general admin tasks associated with intake - Jira updates, sharepoint and confluence updates, upkeep of the shared mailboxes
• Is happy to work with reasonable level of autonomy
