About the role
The candidate will be responsible for providing legal, compliance, privacy and other regulatory support to Cigna Health Solutions India Pvt. Ltd , based in Bangalore (“ Cigna BLR ”). This position requires in-office attendance in Bangalore and shall report to the Head of Legal & Compliance, International Health Delivery services (“ IHDS ”).
What you'll do
- Provide day to day legal assistance to Cigna BLR, working closely with both the local and wider Cigna International Markets legal, compliance and privacy teams
- Co-ordinate with external counsel and monitor spend of allocated legal budget
- Advise business units on a broad range of legal, compliance and privacy matters, including identifying areas of risk and providing guidance to minimise compliance risks
- Working closely with the Cigna BLR site lead to foster a culture of compliance within the organization
- Participate and assist in any ad-hoc matters and projects as assigned by the Management or the Head of Legal & Compliance
