About the role

- Maintain and implement a risk-based compliance program, including compliance risk assessments, policies and procedures, monitoring, testing, investigations
- Work closely with the Cigna BLR site lead and functional leaders to foster a strong culture of integrity, accountability and compliance across the organisation
- Prepare regular compliance and risk reports for Cigna BLR management, relevant governance forums, the Head of Legal & Compliance, IHDS, and Central Compliance
