What you'll do

• Tracking quality hot jobs on daily basis and preparing effective solution to end users
• Reporting quality issues with necessary data and PCA to both factory and regional technical support team and obtain appropriate solution
• Meeting customers during conflict situations to explain issues technically
• Training of service team, Customer consultants and sales teams across India
• Monitoring & reporting COPQ – Discussing the same with API on monthly meeting – Europe team during quarterly SCC

What you need

• SOP writing
