What you'll do
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the business strategy and develop HR strategies that support the organization’s goals
- Provide strategic input and leadership on decisions affecting the organization, including workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management
- Lead talent management initiatives including talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management
- Partner for key talent development & growth
- Act as a trusted advisor to people leaders and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including conflict resolution, performance improvement, and employee engagement
