What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and HR leadership to develop and deliver compensation solutions that support business objectives and workforce…
• Provide expert consultation on compensation matters, including job evaluation, pay decisions, market competitiveness, salary structures
• Lead local sales incentive and incentive plan review processes by providing market-informed recommendations, conducting effectiveness analyses
• Manage off-cycle compensation review processes to ensure disciplined, effective, and equitable use of compensation budgets
• Partner with HR teams and business leaders to strengthen understanding of compensation philosophy, programs, and decision-making practices
