About the role
The PMO Lead is a senior, strategic role responsible for end-to-end global deployment of DSM solutions. Is responsible for orchestrating and governing the PMO end‑to‑end, ensuring full transparency, alignment, and coordinated execution across all workstreams. This includes oversight of Governance, Planning, Frameworks, and Cluster coordination, as well as ensuring consistency of standards, methodologies, and program reporting.
What you'll do
- Own the global deployment strategy and oversee all country and regional rollouts via Cluster Leads
- Ensure deployments are executed on schedule, within scope, and in alignment with DSM’s governance, quality, and compliance standards
- Directly supervise the Integrated Planning Lead for global and country-level planning
- Serve as the key escalation point for deployment issues, risks, or resource conflicts
