What you'll do
- Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers
- Lead medium to high complexity engineering and automation projects, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases
- Analyze customer requirements, identify process gaps, and design effective solutions in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
- Develop project plans, effort estimates, and cost projections while ensuring quality deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, supporting engineering, testing, installation, and commissioning activities
