About the role
The Learning & Development Solutions Lead will be based in India and lead a globally dispersed team, with most direct reports in India and additional team members across Takeda’s learning hubs and other locations. The group will initially sit within the Learning and Talent Management Center of Excellence and Innovation and is expected to transition to People Solutions as the future operating model matures.
What you'll do
- Translate priorities across enterprise talent development, people leader development, employee learning and development, talent and succession
- Lead the design and delivery of artificial intelligence agents, digital tools, Bloom pathways, programs, career and performance resources, assessments
- Own the administration and continuous improvement of Takeda’s learning technology portfolio, including Bloom learning experience platform, NovoEd
- Establish platform governance covering access, releases, service levels, content standards, quality, accessibility, privacy, security, risk
- Lead the end-to-end experience for Takeda curators and users, including onboarding, permissions, enablement, communications, support, adoption and feedback
