People Experience Partner, Employee Relations APAC & MEA

About the role

This role partners across Human Resources, including People & Labor Relations (PLR), and with Legal, people leaders, employees, and other stakeholders to assess workplace concerns, manage complaints, mitigate risk, and support consistent application of company policies and practices in accordance with local laws.

What you'll do

• Partner closely with HR colleagues to advise on and resolve more complex employee relations matters, including complaints, grievances, and disputes
• Close collaboration with the People & Labor Relations team, which may include escalations
• Provide guidance to employees and leaders on employee relations matters
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies through effective communication and policy knowledge
• Maintain accurate, confidential case documentation and ensure appropriate records are retained in accordance with company requirements
