- Lead the development of new functionalities and enhancements in collaboration with UX, IT, and business stakeholders
- Manage and continuously prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer and business value
- Monitor industry trends, competitor experiences, e-commerce best practices, and evolving customer expectations to continuously improve the digital product experience
