About the role
The ideal candidate will combine deep B2B sales expertise and a robust network of feed millers and large-scale commercial farms with the technical and marketing acumen required to lead product positioning, pricing, and brand equity in the region.
What you'll do
- Sales & Strategic Growth Deliver commercial targets: Achieve defined sales, marketing, and margin budgets in alignment with ADM management objectives
- Execute GTM strategy: Own and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for the dairy business, including product positioning, pricing models
- Partner & Key Account Management Optimize distribution networks: Identify, appoint
- Support channel partners: Lead joint customer visits, provide technical/marketing enablement, and negotiate commercial terms within approved budget guidelines
- Market Intelligence & Brand Alignment Deliver market insights: Gather and analyze deep market intelligence, competitor activity
