Deputy Manager - Sales(Flavours), South Asia

About the role

This position will be an integral part of the dedicated sales force behind the growth of ADM's Flavours business across South Asia. The portfolio is predominantly from our Flavours range (sweet flavours, compounds, powder blends) in the Beverage space, with scope to cross sell bringing in other ingredients from the ADM Human Nutrition portoflio over time, including proteins, fibres and biotics.

What you'll do

• Drive strategic growth of the Flavour business with key accounts across designated South Asia region and build a healthy pipeline of new opportunities by working closely…
• Actively prospect and qualify new customers, turning early conversations into a steady pool of live opportunities rather than one-off wins
• Manage the full sales cycle end to end, from identifying and qualifying opportunities through to closing and delivering the topline
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers directly, understand their unmet needs, and stay ahead of where their business is heading
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing and Applications to co-create concepts, and present new ideas at customer innovation sessions alongside our CD&D/ and Marketing teams
