About the role
1st shift: 7am to 4pm and 2nd shift: 2pm - 11pm
What you'll do
- Act as second-level escalation for complex imaging application and infrastructure issues
- Perform root cause analysis across applications, network, server, database, and SSL layers
- Manage VMware clusters, storage arrays, RIS/VNA systems, and cloud-hosted imaging workloads
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, WMI) for monitoring and deployment
- Collaborate with database administrators to optimize SQL/Oracle databases supporting imaging systems
