Design Manager is responsible for leading the design and development of gear pumps and related components, ensuring products meet performance, quality, cost, and manufacturability requirements. The role bridges design, manufacturing (CNC/VMC), quality, and customer requirements to deliver robust and competitive products.
What you'll do
- Product Design & Development
- Lead design and development of external/internal gear pumps , variants, and custom solutions
- Prepare and approve design calculations, 3D models, 2D drawings, GD&T , and BOMs
- Ensure designs meet hydraulic performance, pressure, efficiency, noise, and durability targets
- Drive standardization and modular design to reduce cost and lead time
