About the role
The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for developing engineering designs, developing techno‑commercial proposals, and generating accurate costing for aeration systems and related equipment. The role requires strong analytical skills, understanding of wastewater processes, and the ability to collaborate closely with the design, sales, and engineering teams to prepare competitive and optimized proposals.
What you'll do
- Prepare engineering designs and technical layouts for aeration and wastewater treatment systems
- Develop detailed technical and commercial proposals including system sizing, design calculations, and equipment selection
- Prepare costing sheets, BOQs, and accurate price estimations based on project requirements
- Review tender documents, specifications, and client requirements to ensure compliance
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams, vendors, and sales for technical clarifications
