About the role
As a Google Workspace Renewal Specialist , you will manage Google Workspace renewals for small and medium business customers in the North American market . We will count on you to drive customer retention and growth by managing renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting a seamless customer experience .
What you'll do
- Manage Google Workspace renewals for small and medium business customers in the North American market
- Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Google Workspace plans, Gemini, Google Cloud, Google Maps, and relevant ISV solutions
- Assess needs for data migration, change management, and user training, and coordinate tailored professional services with internal teams and partners
