About the role
As a Senior Software Developer (Java/Kotlin) - Data Migration , you will build a reliable tool to migrate millions of records from SaaS and PHP-based sources into a Java and MongoDB product . We will count on you to own the solution from design through validation, ensuring complete, accurate, consistent, and business-ready data .
What you'll do
- Build efficient extraction, transformation, loading, and batch-processing mechanisms for large data volumes
- Implement validation and reconciliation controls to identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent records and protect data integrity
- Identify migration risks, improve performance and reliability, use AI code-generation tools, and communicate progress and challenges
