About the role
As a Technical Lead - AI, you will lead discovery, architecture, and hands-on delivery of enterprise AI solutions that combine business transformation, GenAI architecture, agentic systems, platform engineering, and governance. We will count on you to translate business challenges into prioritized AI roadmaps, secure solution architectures, reusable engineering patterns, and measurable business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead design-thinking and discovery workshops to identify workflow friction, prioritize high-value AI opportunities, and define measurable outcomes
- Design and deliver production-grade GenAI, RAG, Agentic RAG, tool-calling, and multi-agent solutions, including context-aware workflows and memory patterns
- Architect secure cloud-native AI platforms, APIs, microservices, integrations, CI/CD, observability, evaluation, and performance optimization
