About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join the Business Development team at Instawork . In this role, you will connect with local businesses, introduce them to Instawork’s platform, and support them through the onboarding journey.
What you'll do
- Make 6 0+ outbound calls daily to prospective business leads
- Guide potential partners through the onboarding process and help them get started on the platform
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets while maintaining quality interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to hand over qualified leads for further engagement
