About the role
You'll prepare estimates and bills of quantities, help with tenders, track costs during the build and flag variances early, before they turn into problems. You'll work closely with the design and project teams on projects in both India and the UK.
What you'll do
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities for construction and fit-out packages
- Carry out accurate take-offs from drawings and models
- Support tendering, contractor selection and contract administration
- Monitor costs throughout the build, flag variances and manage change control
- Value work in progress, assess contractor payment applications and help agree final accounts
