About the role
You'll build and look after the Revit models behind our architecture and interiors. That includes making the families our joinery and furniture depend on, keeping drawing sets accurate and catching clashes before they cause problems on site. We'd love someone who likes a tidy model and is always looking for ways to make Revit quicker.
What you'll do
- Build and manage 3D BIM models from early design through to construction issue
- Create custom Revit families for joinery, furniture, fixtures and finishes
- Use Avail to manage and organise our Revit content libraries
- Produce accurate , coordinated drawing sets for design development, technical detailing and construction issue, including finishes and FF&E schedules
- Coordinate models across disciplines to resolve clashes before they reach site
