About the role
The Director, Cardiac Market Development, Asia is an individual contributor role that supports the Cardiac Sales Directors in China, India, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan by translating global cardiac procedure and product strategies into market-ready plans, programs, and tools.
What you'll do
- Regional Procedure and Product Lifecycle Strategy
- Support the Cardiac Sales Directors and VP, Global Cardiac in developing and executing cardiac procedure strategies using Market insights, customer needs
- Translate global portfolio, product launch, lifecycle, and procedure strategies into focused roadmaps, priorities, and activation plans
- Coordinate with sales, clinical, capital, key accounts, customer training, marketing, market access, regulatory, and enabling functions to support readiness, sequencing
- Identify adoption barriers, unmet needs, and growth opportunities and convert them into recommendations and action plans for the Cardiac Sales Directors and VP
