About the role
This position is based in India in Intuitive's Global Capability Center (GCC) and partners directly with the Sunnyvale, US-based PLM team. Serves as functional and technical analyst for Medical Device Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) business processes, covering Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs.
What you'll do
- Agile PLM Support & Enhancement (current state)
- Directly participate in the analysis, configuration, development, and implementation of Agile PLM business systems
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Agile PLM system issues, including debugging system-level code of Agile SDK-based business applications
- Maintain IT business system integrity: application notes, system upgrades, patches, changes, and user updates
- Design, develop, and support integrations between Agile PLM and other systems using Agile Content Server (ACS) and Web Services
