About the role
The Team Lead – Cell Quality will be responsible for establishing, managing, and continuously improving the quality systems of an advanced N‑Type TOPCon Solar Cell Manufacturing Plant. The role ensures product reliability, world‑class quality performance, robust inspection systems, and strong compliance with global standards.
What you'll do
- Drive quality control across the production lines to ensure adherence to global standards and customer specifications
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for defects and quality failures
- Conduct internal quality audits and support external certification audits (ISO/SEMI/NFPA)
- Ensure high‑level documentation, traceability, and readiness for customer/agency audits
- Monitor and analyze defects, yield losses, and quality trends throughout the process flow
